What If I Am Not Satisfied With Your Service?
There may be several reason why you couldn’t get as much as you wanted from our service. Possible reasons are:
Your followers unfollowed you as soon as you bought our service: In this case, you can let us know and we can provide you more followers.
Your likes decreased: It is very low possibility that there may be decrease in your likes. In case such a situation, you can contact us and we can send more likes to compensate your loss.
You didn’t get anything after 12 hours: If you didn’t get anything after 12 hours since you made your order, your process may not have been started yet or there may be a problem. In this case, you should contact us and explain the problem.
You got less that you ordered: There may be a mistake in such a situation. When you let us know, we will do the necessary thing to complete your ordered amount.
If you are not satisfied with our service due to the reasons above you can request refund.
Can I Request A Refund After I Make Order?
The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within three days of the time in which you first placed your order if the shipment time specified is lesser than three days for the product. If the given time for the delivery is longer than three days, the refund is possible after the given time. However, if your order has been delivered promptly and completely, we will not issue a refund.
If I Change My Mind After I Make My Order, Can I Cancel It and Get A Refund?
We refund only if we haven’t started the process, yet. We won’t refund you if your order has been taken into queue or it is being processed.
